Built in a 200 sq.m. lot and having a 13 meter frontage with this house can conveniently stand maintaining the allowable setbacks at the rear, side and front. The left side is fire-walled to maximize the area in which a small garage is located that can accommodate one vehicle.
Jerica being a small house floor plan is carefully designed so that all the 3 bedrooms will be located at the right side, master’s bedroom being at the front with its own toilet and bath and built-in cabinets. Elevated with 2 steps from the main floor line the 2 bedroom is conveniently resting near the back end. They will be served by a common toilet at the opposite side of the house located adjacent to the kitchen.
