                              HAILING FREQUENCIES

I hope you like the new read book format. It offers several 
advantages over the old method. I will be taking advantages 
of these features in the upcoming issues of SSN. If you 
haven't already found version 1.6 of read Book, I would 
advise you to do so. 

I am no artist, but you will notice a color graphic when you 
load SSN into Read Book. This only works on EGA and above. 

If you are an artist, and would like to submit a graphic to 
use in an upcoming issue of SSN. The graphic should be  640 
by 350 resolution and 16 colors. I am limiting this to EGA for 
two reasons. 

1. small size 
2. It will work on EGA as well as VGA. 

Send the graphic in PCX format on a 5.25 inch diskette to 
the address below.

Since I have moved SSN to the Read Book format, I have merged the official  
distribution sites into the section "About SSN" This cuts down the number  
of chapters, and number of files. 

I had some trouble uploading SSN-9203 to two official distribution sites.  
Cyber Space BBS, and America Online. My appologies for any inconvenience  
this has caused.
