Summary:
BART attacks Brig with Nelson the bully of the school, he, in fact, wants to appropriate the sweets that LISA has prepared for Miss Hoover. After school Nelson beats BART and threatens him, promising him the same treatment in the following days. At home, HOMER advises BART to play dirty against his opponent, while MARGE advises his son to use the dialogue strategy. BART follows his father's advice but unfortunately takes them again. BART then turns to Grandpa Simpson, who recommends Hermann to him. The militarist declares war on Nelson. All students who have been annoyed by Nelson are enrolled in their army. The coercive is blocked and bombed by water tanks. The hooligan surrenders, is taken prisoner, but continues to threaten BART. Hermann prepares an armistice that both agree to sign. MARGE brings treats for everyone and peace is finally achieved.
