Gulee Telur

Gekochte Eier in indonesischer Sauce

8 hartgekochte Eier
2 Zwiebeln
1 Knoblauchzehe fein hacken und in
3 EL ™l glasig dünsten
1 TL Koriander
1 TL Kunit (Gelbwurz)
1/2 TL Jintan (Kreuzkümmel)
1/2 TL Laos-Pulver
1 Lorbeerblätter
2 Zitronenblätter
1 Stg. Sereh (Zitronengras)
1/2 TL Sambal Oelek dazu tun, kurz anbraten, anschließend
1 Dose Kokosmilch dazu geben und mit
Salz
(1/2 TL Glutamat) abschmecken. Hartgekochte Eier in die Sauce geben
und 10-15 Min. schmoren lassen.

Es kann auch eine Packung Bumbu Gulee Gewürzmischung verwendet werden.


Pangsit Goreng Sauce

2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Stck. Ingwerwurzel feinkhacken
4 EL Tomatenketchup
1/2 TL Sambal Olek
3 EL süße Sojasauce
(Kecap Manis)
(1 Prise Glutamat) alles verrühren.
