FOREWORD ~~~~~~~~ Welcome to Propaganda Magazine Issue #1. I guess you are sitting there reading this and thinking to yourself "oh shit, not another console e-mag. Let's see how long this lasts." Truth to the matter is, I don't know how long it's going to last, but it seems to me that we need something that will come out semi-regularly that people actually put some time and energy into. Plus the whole 'scene' has become rather disjointed and there are parts of it that do not seem to want to communicate with each other, or do so very poorly.
