美式燒牛肉

1. Marinate 2 pounds of beef (London Broil) shoulder steak with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of salt, 1 Tbsp of black pepper, 1 Tbsp of white pepper, 2 Tbsp of minced garlic and 2 Tbsp of oil (prefer overnight)
2. Set air-fryer at 400˚F for 16 minutes (flip the beef at 8 minutes) for medium rare.
3. For medium well, set to 20 minutes and flip it half way
