In the last edition of Poor Richard's Web Site News I mentioned a company called GEN International, which is giving away free Web-hosting accounts.

A subscriber informed me that GEN is "currently under Chapter 11," (a stage of bankruptcy) and that "there are many people who are displeased with the organization due to poor reliability and lots of 'promises' for growth."
I have no way of verifying these claims, but if you are considering working with GEN you may want to visit the Complete Entrepreneur Discussion Board, where you'll find a number of messages related to this issue (scroll down toward the bottom of the page).
