1. Tell us about you something that is not in the background.

When I’m not working, I love going around to discover new places, new people, new experience. I am always curious to know something more, in general, it could be also only knowing a different point of view for a problem that for me is already solved. Since I was a child and I had started studying in the elementay school, my mom teach me that knowledge wasn't related with subject, but everything was a point belonging to the same sphere. We need always to make the sphere rolling and trying to get every skills and concept to reach the best result possible in order to minimed time, effort and money. But to do something like that, we need to be open-minded and try to follow different paths that are not the traditional one. The only way to be open-minded is knowing, is trying to be open to every idea another person with another experience had learn in they life.

3. What do you know about the position offered?

I know that you are looking for an experienced architect focusing on the Gatwick airport projects in stage 3 and 4 using revit. In my previous position, I had already work in the some role, exactly the same stages and airport. Currently I am interested in transportation architecture because I believe they represent the more complex architectural elements in nowadays cities and society. They really are a significant point in the industry and in our lives and this is the reason why I think they are a great opportunity to work on

5. Why do you want to work for transportation sector?

I love architecture because I believe we are like surgery but we do not put our hands inside anybody. I try to care people building the environment where there are going to live in. And our job is important because it can influence other people life, and it include als society. After having this idea in my mind, I get really interested in transportation when I was watching a documentary. It was about the industrial revolution. Obviously it was talking about also train station and how incredible was the train discover for society because finally the known world now was closer. But the was another detail that let me think about it for days, and even now. The documentary said that, because of train, for the first time in the world, it was necessary to have coherence with clocks. At the beginning there were issues with the arrival time of the train if the journey was long. So for the first time, architecture has controlled a concept so abstract and complex like time, Many philopher has written about the time, but architecture has been so powerful to organised it and make it congruent. This new time has been created in train station and it has influence all around this place with shops and all other working activities.

7. What were your responsibilities in your last job?

In Pascall and Watson, I had worked mainly in Pier 5 Projects. In the main project, Code F, I had some packages assigned. My tasks were to solve Comments from the client and check the other information to ake sure that everything was correct. Checking the elements in Revit model and make sure they were coordinated with the contractors and with the engineer requirements.

In the smallest projects, my tasks were more or less the sames, only that, due the nature of the project, and the small team, everybody were checking everybodys works.
Adjusting new solutions in the project or model new elements, obviously was requiring have to deal with revit, revitzo, and naviswork.

12. Do you have any questions?

How the work is organised and split in the team?
Which are the current projects on except for gatwick and Heathrow?
Are you using Meridian for Gatwick transmittal?

13. hat are your goals for the next five years?

I'd like to become more experience due to be totally indipendent managing a complex prject. There for I hope to gain some management role. It could sounds maybe a classical and already prepared answer, but I believe that this is the logical evolution for my carrer.
