Magic sausage traybake

Serves 4

M&S Magic Sprinkle create an amazing sauce as it cooks, so it all
comes together in one tray”
8 Cumberland sausages

500g cherry tomatoes

2 red onions, peeled and cut into wedges

2 400g tins butterbeans, drained

6 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves picked

1 bulb garlic, cloves separated, skins left on

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, plus extra to serve

1 heaped tsp Cook With M&S magic sprinkle


Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Add the sausages, tomatoes, onions, butterbeans, thyme and garlic to a 40cm x 25cm roasting tray.
Drizzle over the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Cook With M&S
magic sprinkle, and season. Toss to coat, ensuring the sausages are on
top of the veg.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown, tossing the
ingredients in the tray at 20-minute intervals. If the sauce looks too
thin, put the pan on the hob and allow to bubble away until the sauce
has reduced.
To serve, pop the garlic cloves out of their skins and stir through. Drizzle with some more balsamic vinegar.
