Ingredienti:

Per la sfoglia

  • 350 gr tra granito e semola,
  • 65 gr strutto,
  • 2 cucchiaini di zucchero e poca acqua.

Per il ripieno

  • 300 gr.di mandorle pelate e tritate,
  • 260gr zucchero,
  • 6 uova,
  • scorza di 1 limone,
  • 1 bicchierino di sambuca o anice mistra'
  • 2 cucchiaini li lievito per dolci.

Per la glassa:

  • 2 albumi,
  • 250 gr zucchero a velo
  • qualche goccia di limone o sambuca.

Preparazione

Lavorare gli albumi con 1/3 dello zucchero e procedete a preparare l'impasto in un'altra ciotola poi unire gli albumi ben montati spennellare le formine con lo strutto e mettere la sfoglia ben aderente.


Cuocere in forno a 150°C per 20 min.
