INGREDIENTI

  • cavolo cappuccio
  • sale
  • olio evo
  • aglio
  • salsicciotti

PREPARAZIONE

Prendere un cavolo cappuccio ben tenero, tagliarlo a listarelle e metterlo al fuoco con un po' di olio, sale, aglio tritato e salsicciotti sassaresi.

Aggiungere un po' di salsa di pomodoro e volendo un pezzetto di peperoncino rosso.

Chiudere bene il coperchio e lasciare al fuoco sino a completa cottura.
