Snow, white mulled wine and Christmas 2023

Christmas is coming, and here in London it is snowing!
This is the fake snow from the Savoy Hotel, but I must confess that it warmed my heart up :)

So I am preparing some white Mulled Wine!

This time I am trying the recept for the white wine.
You need to add the spices (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, anice stars, vanilla), 100ml of apple juice for 1 bottle of wine and 6 tablesppon of sugar.
Unfortunately the sugar is too much and it made the mulled wine as a syrup!

I took this recepits from the scandinavian book dedicated to Christmas tradition!

next time I want to amend the recepts tooking out all that sugar!
