Bigne .150g farina 00100di burro250 di acqua4 uovaun pizzico di sale...lavorare burro acqua sale vene per 10 minuti a 100gradi. Unire la farina lavorare ancora vene aspettare 10 minuti e girare almeno 5 volte.lasciare sfreddare l impasto poi aggiungere le uova uno alla volta lavorare bene poi fare una noce e metterla in forno a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa
