INGREDIENTI

  • 1 cipolla
  • 40 g di olio extravergine
  • 2 patate tagliate a tocchi
  • 1 peperone tagliato a tocchi
  • 1 zucchino tagliato a tocchi
  • 1 melanzana tagliata a tocchi
  • mezza scatola di pelati
  • basilico
  • sale
  • pepe


PREPARAZIONE

Inserire nel boccale l'olio e la cipolla: 3 minuti a 100° vel 1 .

Posizionare la farfalla.

Unire le verdure a tocchi e i pelati: 15 minuti a 100° vel 1 .

Insaporire con il basilico, il sale, il pepe e lasciare riposare il tutto per qualche minuto ad apparecchio spento.
