INGREDIENTI


- 1 kg di patate mondate e tagliate a rondelle
- 400 g di latte
- 50 g di burro
- 50 g di parmigiano grattugiato
- sale

PREPARAZIONE

Posizionare la farfalla nel boccale, inserire le patate, il latte, il sale e mettere in cottura per 25 minuti a 100° vel 1 .

Al termine unire il burro, il parmigiano e amalgamare per 20 sec a vel 3 .
