Beef with Vegetables 蔬菜炒牛肉

  1. Marinate 6-8 oz of beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  2. Cut 1 carrot, 1 broccoli, 6 mushrooms, 1/4 head of Napa Cabbage into slices
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  4. Add beef stir-fry to medium well, take the beef out set aside
  5. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, add cut carrot, Napa Cabbage and broccoli stir-fry for few minutes
  6. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and half cup of chicken broth
  7. Add cut mushrooms and continue to cook few minutes
  8. Add beef, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
