Sesame Chicken 芝麻雞

  1. Cut 2 chicken breast in large chunks
  2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil for few hours
  3. Mixed 2 egg white with 5-6 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil, then mixed with marinated chicken
  4. Medium heat cooking pot with 2-3 inches of oil
  5. Wait until the oil is hot, put the chicken in one at a time
  6. Deep-fry chicken until golden brown, take it out set aside (make sure the coating is crispy)
  7. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  8. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of rice vinegar and 1 cup of chicken broth
  9. Use cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce, then add deep-fried chicken and 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds
  10. Mix well, add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
