PREPARAZIONE

Quando si fa la sapa si lascia da parte un po' di mosto per una preparazione particolarmente gradevole.

Si fanno rinvenire le pesche secche in acqua calda, si mettono poi nel mosto e si lasciano cuocere finché il mosto diventa sapa.

Si conservano poi in vasi di coccio per l' inverno.
