INGREDIENTI:


- CAVOLFIORE
- OLIVE
- CAPPERI SOTTO ACETO
- AGLIO
- OLIO EVO
- SALE

PREPARAZIONE


Togliete al cavolfiore le foglie verdi dure e il torsolo.

Lavate accuratamente le foglioline tenere e il cavolfiore tagliato a pezzetti.

Mettete tutto in pentola a pressione e aggiungete un bicchiere d'acqua, due spicchi d'aglio, le olive, i capperi, il sale e l'olio.

Coperchiate e ponete il recipiente sul fuoco.

All'inizio del sibilo abbassate la fiamma al minimo e calcolate 7 minuti di cottura.
