"Hardened Reality"
It's hard to live - Yet, I still try
My expectations - Set to high
Alone for good - Forever sad
It's not my fault - I'm not that bad
I try too hard - To realize
I cannot seem to - Demoralize
The day may come - I'll meet my fate
But even now - It's much too late
It's hard to live - Why even try
My unknown fear - I just can't hide

"Rejected Once Again"
Dark and depressed on a day with no sun
My body and soul seperate from being one
As I turn to look back, on my dark, dismal face
I notice a stranger sitting in my place
I am shocked, I am taken, but I am not so surprised
That this stranger was one I would learn to dispise
For a person was sitting with him at his side
And their feelings of love, they just could not hide
Then, with a word, she left him no fuss
And the look on her face, was that of disgust
For he did to her something, with which she did not condone
And now here's where I sit, with noone, alone
