Hello,
I would like to know if anyone has qbasic 4.1(the qbasic version
which has a built in EXE. compiler). IF you don't have this, does
anyone know how to write a qbasic program that compiles a QB program
into EXE.
One more thing, how do I create a Qbasic sprite without drawing to
image first? In other words, how would I store data in an array used
for a sprite and know exactly what I'm doing to create a desired image?
Can someone please answer?

2. QB: What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to program a database to store all my music info (CD's Tapes,
LP's ect.). I cannot get it to work properly. I am good at programming
other things, but I don't know much about databases (using TYPE...) I have
'QBasic Programming for dummies' and used there telephone database as a
'template' changing it for me to use. I have everything working BUT the
search function. I can not get it to find anything. I would like to be
able to just specify the Artist or the title of the Album. I have attached
my code that I am having problems with. Thanks in advance.

Hi again! Great turnout for the second issue. I have left all of the
questions in this issue unanswered so that we can get some input from
the rest of you! On the subject of the survey, I've only gotten 11
responses. Some people asked to see the source to the survey. I'll
try to post it next time. Others also wanted to see some website reviews.
