Jjamppong (Spicy Seafood Noodles) 海鲜炒碼麵

1. Prepare 4 green mussels, 6 pieces of shrimp and half cup of squid. Set aside
2. Cut one yellow onion in strips, set aside
3. Mixed 1 Tbsp of Korean chili paste with 1 Tbsp of sake, set aside
4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
5. Add cut onion, then green mussels cook for a minute.
6. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder and 1 tsp of sugar
7. Add shrimp and squid, then add the Korean chili paste continue cook for a minute.
8. Add 3 cups of either chicken or fish broth, and a package of either ready-made udon noodles or flour noodles (probably cook for another 1-2 minutes)
9. Add cut scallions and ready to serve.
