CONSERVA DI POMODORO COTTA

INGREDIENTI

  • 1 kg di pomodori maturi
  • 1 cipollina
  • 1 spicchio di aglio
  • 1 gambo di sedano
  • 1 mazzetto di prezzemolo
  • 5 foglie di basilico
  • timo e maggiorana a piacere
  • 1 cucchiaino di sale


PREPARAZIONE

Lavare i pomodori, sgocciolarli e metterli nel boccale con tutti gli ingredienti: 1 minuto a vel TURBO.

Cuocere per 30 minuti a 100° vel 1 tenendo il misurino inclinato.

Versare la salsa bollente in vasetti ben puliti, chiuderli ermeticamente, sterilizzarli mediante ebollizione per circa 10 minuti .
