INGREDIENTI

  • 1 kg e mezzo di pomodori maturi
  • 1 mazzetto di basilico


PREPARAZIONE

Lavare i pomodori, sgocciolarli, tagliarli a pezzi e metterli nel boccale: 1 minuto a vel TURBO.

Versare la salsa in vasetti ben puliti, introdurre 2 foglie di basilico e chiuderli ermeticamente.

Sterilizzare come nella ricetta precedente.
