Sautéed Shiitake Mushrooms with Pork 香菇肉片炒白菜

  1. Cut 8 oz of pork sirloin into small slices
  2. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Soak 6 pieces of shiitake mushrooms in cold water for few hour, remove stem and cut in half. Set aside
  4. Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbage into pieces, set aside
  5. Cut 4 scallions into 2 inches pieces, set aside
  6. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  7. Add pork and mushroom sautéed for few minutes
  8. Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, then add 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce cook for a minute
  9. Add Napa cabbage, then half cup of chicken broth continue cook for few minutes
  10. Add cut scallions, then cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  11. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
