Pineapple Beef
Pineapple Beef
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut half green bell pepper, half red bell pepper, half yellow onion into an inch chuck size
- Cut 3 cups of fresh pineapple
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add beef stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add cut vegetables, pinch of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce continue cook for 2 minutes
- Add half cup of chicken broth, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
- Add cut pineapple. Mix well ready to serve
