Deutsche Wachteleier: Wachteleier auf Rucola

Wachteleier kochen, schälen und in 2 Hälften schneiden. Rucolablätter waschen und fein hacken. Dann mit Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und kleingehackten, gerösteten Pinienkernen zubereiten. Die Eier und den Rucola in einer flachen Schalen vermengen und mit Käsewürfeln garnieren. Tipp: fügen Sie ein paar Blätter Radicchio und Croutons hinzu.
