Homemade Beef with Oyster Sauce (蠔油牛肉)

1. Marinate beef (prefer sirloin) with 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 Tbsp cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil for 30 mins
2. Cut celery, carrot and scallions in 1.5 inch size
3. Medium heat cook pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 2 chopped garlic
4. Stir-fry marinated beef to medium well and take it out
5. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cook pan, add celery and carrot cook for few mins
6. Mix beef and vegetables together. Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce. You can pick any vegetables like green pepper or broccoli.
