INGREDIENTI

  • 1 kg di ciliegie
  • 400 g di zucchero
  • mezzo bicchiere di acqua
  • grappa o acquavite a piacere

PREPARAZIONE

Scaldare lo zucchero con acqua 3 minuti.

Suddividere le ciliegie private del picciolo in vasi puliti, versare sopra lo sciroppo e riempire fino al bordo di grappa o altro liquore.

Chiudere e attendere 3 mesi prima di assaggiare.
