  • 1 kg di semola rimacinata
  • 450 ml di acqua
  • 20 gr di lievito di birra
  • 15 gr di sale.

Lavorare benissimo l'impasto, deve essere liscissimo ed elastico, fare subito le forme e far lievitare per un'oretta circa.
Infornare a 230° per una mezz'oretta circa.
