Jumbo Shrimp Pan Fried Noodles 蝦球炒麵

  1. Peeled and devein shrimp (6 pieces). Seasoned with pinch of salt & white pepper powder, 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
  2. Cut 1 cup of carrot into slices, 1 cup of mushrooms into slices and 6 baby bokchoys
  3. Boil egg noodle to soft and rinse dry
  4. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil. Add noodles (do not stir), pan-fry the noodles to crisp golden brown on each side. Take noodles out and drain the excessive oil
  5. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  6. Add shrimp cook for few minutes, take it out set aside
  7. Use the same cooking pan, add carrot, mushroom and baby bokchoys stir fry for a minute
  8. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth continue cook for few minutes
  9. Add shrimp, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
  10. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, then put place the shrimp and vegetables on top of the noodle. Ready to serve
