Tomato Beef Noodles Soup 番茄牛肉湯麵

1. Cut 2 pounds of beef pot roast in large pieces
2. Medium heat cooking pot, then add 4 cloves of garlic, 3 large slices of ginger, 2 star anises, 2 bay leaves and 1 cut yellow onion cook for a minute
3. Add beef cook until slightly brown, then add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, and 2 Tbsp of cooking wine
4. Add 6 cut large tomatoes and 8 cups of water
5. Add 2 Tbsp of beef bouillon, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of white pepper powder
6. Close the lid, turn to medium low heat cook for 1.5 hours
7. Sprinkle chopped scallions and jalapeño pepper on top of noodles. Ready to serve
