Lonza di maiale con le mele.
650 g di lonza, 1 mela fuji, 1 cipolla, 1 bicchiere di vino bianco, 80 g di lardo on fette sottili.
Due ore e mezza High, ma è venuto un po' asciutto. Ho rimediato un po' frullando il fondo e usandolo come salsa. La prossima volta proverò con 2 ore High.
