BRUSCHETTE ALLE PERE, LARDO E ROSMARINO

INGREDIENTI

  • 4 grosse fette di pane integrale
  • 1 pera
  • 12 fette di lardo
  • rosmarino

PREPARAZIONE

Preriscaldate il forno a 200 °C con modalità grill.

Pelate la pera e suddividetela in fette.

Disponete una fetta di pane, 3 fette di lardo, 2 fette di pera e del rosmarino.

Grigliate in forno per 5' o fintanto che il lardo si fonde.

Prima di servire guarnite con pepe bianco macinato al momento.
