CREMA DI LIMONE

INGREDIENTI

  • 1/2 litro di alcool
  • 4 limoni ( scorze)
  • 1 litro di latte
  • 1 bustina di vanillina
  • 700 g di zucchero (300 se si preferisce meno dolce)


PROCEDIMENTO

Far macerare le scorze nell' alcool per 48 ore.

Poi far bollire il latte con la vanillina e lo zucchero.

Quando bolle togliere dal fuoco e mischiare velocemente, rimettere sul fuoco e far bollire di nuovo, per 3 volte.

Lasciare raffreddare e aggiungerlo all' alcool.

Filtrare e imbottigliare.
