Pine nuts Shrimp (Gluten-Free Cooking)

Ingredients:

  1. Frozen shrimp (36/40 size) one pound
  2. Celery and carrots (2 each)
  3. Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
  4. Ginger 2 slices
  5. Pine nuts 1/4 cup
  6. Gluten-free chicken broth 1/4 cup
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. White pepper powder 1/2 tsp (or black pepper powder)
  9. Cornstarch mixed with water 2 Tbsp
  10. Sesame oil 1 tsp


Instructions:

  1. Defrost shrimp, wash it with 2 Tbsp of salt and rinse dry
  2. Cut celery and carrots into small pieces
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger stir fry for 10 seconds
  5. Add cut celery and carrots
  6. Stir fry for a minutes, then add chicken broth
  7. Once the chicken broth turned boiling, add shrimp and pine nuts cook for a minute
  8. Add mixed cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce
  9. Add sesame oil and ready to serve
