COMPOSTA DI PESCHE AL MARSALA

Prendete un chilo di pesche, raschiatele e senza sbucciarle, dividetele in spicchi.
Mettete in una casseruola gli spicchi, aggiungete 700 g di zucchero e un bicchiere scarso di marsala e fate cuocere per 40 minuti.
Versate la composta in vasi di vetro.
