Beef and cabbage 😋

Ingredients

• Beef or you can use beef bones
• Oil
• Paprika
• Mixed bell pepper
• Onion
• Grated carrot
• Chopped cabbage
• Salt n pepper

First brown meat
Then set aside and fry onion, add Paprika and bring back the beef let is simmer till beef cooked through and no gravy is left

Add peppers and fry for 1 to 2min then add your cabbage and continue frying for 5 to 7 min don't overcook the cabbage remember the beef I cooked. So we don't want it to be mushy.
Season with salt n pepper and serve
