Fragole mature, pulite su tela, non lavate, si passano per setaccio e la poltiglia ottenuta si mette subito in bottiglie ben tappate e legate in croce con uno spago.
Quindi si passa alla sterilizzazione per 15 minuti a partire dal momento dell'ebollizione.
